Watch Glee Season 2 Episode 3 Grilled Cheesus

The Glee Season 2 - Grilled Cheesus, on this episode Glee goes beyond singing and dancing.  The Grilled Cheesus episode will tackle the most controversial issues of all time, the faith and religion.  Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee believe that the Glee Season 2 Episode 3 will be the Glee's most controversial episode by far, as it will focus on religion and what God means to the members of the glee club.  Actually, this episode was originally entitled as “Faith” because it would tackle issues on faith.

The Glee Season 2 Episode 3 Grilled Cheesus will air on Tuesday night (October 5, 2010) at 8/9c time slot on Fox Network.   This episode will have 8 cover songs which includes R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion", Joan Osborne's "One of Us", Whitney Houston's "I Look to You", Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young", Simon & Garfunkel's "Bridge over Troubled Water", The Beatles' "I Want to Hold Your Hand", and "Papa, Can You Hear Me?" as performed by Barbra Streisand in the musical film Yentl. It is also reported that they will feature a yet-unknown Aretha Franklin song.

On this episode, Finn will raise a question about God and faith as he believes to have seen the face of Jesus in a grilled cheese sandwich (thus the title Grilled Cheesus).  On the other hand, Kurt also faces a crisis of his own, when his father Burt Hummer will have an accident which will put him in a life-and-death situation.  To help Kurt in facing this difficult situation in his life Mercedes takes him to church.
