The Glamorous Life on Desperate Housewives

One of my most favorite TV series is the Desperate Housewives, I have following the lives of Susan, Lynette, Bree, Gabrielle, Katherine and Angie since the first season way back 2004.  Right now, the Desperate Housewives is on its Season 6, how time flies, it already about four years since I make a date with Wisteria Lane housewives every Sunday.

This coming Sunday, the Desperate Housewives will air its 125th episode of the entire series.  It is called the Desperate Housewives Season 6 Episode 14: The Glamorous Life.  It is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, on Sunday, January 31, 2010 on ABC at 9/8c.

On the Glamorous Life episode, Bree tries to cheer up Orson after she fears he may want to take his own life by inviting a couple of paralyzed men, , but it does not work as well as she expect it to be.  Meanwhile, Gaby and Angie clash and they test each other’s parenting skills. 

On other hand, Susan makes Robin, a stripper from the club, her assistant at school.  Robin has Education degree and hopes to find a new job.  But the problem is one of the student’s father recognizes Robin. And Tom's psychotherapist is back again, she may not be the nice woman she appeared to be. 

I’m really glad that even I miss some of the episode I could always watch it online. Joshua Clottey might be the stand-in man in this match but many boxing critics says that Joshua Clottey is more suitable opponent to Pacquiao than Mayweather.  He is bigger than Pacquiao and has shown great speed and skills in his previous fights. Clottey is best remembered by fight fans as the puncher who gave Miguel Cotto a taste of hell when they fought in June 2009 at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Pacquiao is holding 50-3-2 record with 38 Kos and is widely considered the best fighter, pound-for-pound, in the world. While his opponent, Clottey is holding a record of 35-3 with 20 Kos.  Both boxers had promised to their fans that will deliver the best boxing match that they have ever seen.

Watch Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief Online

 Another great book series turned into movie will hit the big screen this coming February 2010.  The Percy Jackson & The Olympians is a book series written by a seasoned novelist Rick Riordan.  The books series is composed of five installations which started off with the Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief which was first released last June in 2005 it was then followed by four other books.  Other books on the series are The Sea of Monster, The Titan’s Curse, The Battle of the Labyrinth, and The Last Olympian.

The Percy Jackson & The Olympians book series stayed on the New York Times Best Seller list for children's books for 129 weeks as of January 6, 2010. 

The 20th Century Fox had acquire the feature film rights to the book, and in February 12 the first installation of  the Percy Jackson & The Olympians movie series will hit the movie theater around the world.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief is directed by the renowned directed Chris Columbus, the same guy who gives us the first two Harry Potter series, the Fantastic Four and many other blockbuster films.  

Staring in the Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief are Logan Lerman as Percy Jackson, Brandon T. Jackson as Grover Underwood, Percy's best friend, Alexandra Daddario as Annabeth Chase, Pierce Brosnan as Chiron, Uma Thurman as Medusa, Jake Abel as Luke Castellan, the film's antagonist and many others.

Carly and Freddie Kissed On iCarly Special

This coming January 18, iCarly will be airing a special movie episode.  This new episode of iCarly will probably change the iCarly show.  The upcoming episode is scheduled to be aired on Monday not on the usual Saturday schedule of iCarly.

On this episode, Freddie will save Carly’s life by endangering his own.  Because of this Carly might fall in love with Freddie.  On the promo of the iCarly iSaved Your Life which was air on the world premiere of iCarly iQuit special, it shows that Carly kissed Freddie.  This episode was long awaited by the Creddie (Carly and Freddie) fans.

On the other hand, Sam seems to be disgusted to this development.  On the special preview of iCarly Season 3 Episode 9, Sam commented on idea of Freddie and Carly as a couple.  She said “…it makes me wanna puke up blood.”
